We like to design a safe but efficient way of getting your load out.
We have a specialist bespoke tranship ramp that can back to back to one of our vehicles, if this is undertaken at our place we have even more flexibility.
Euroxpress has a hiab truck and various box lorries or flat bed transportation to connect to your container lorry, which can enable us to use pallet trucks or forklifts or our crane to unload at the same height of the container lorry if your container cannot be lowered due to weight inside. Many shippers remove wheels because of tight space that makes it harder to unload safer as not as simple as pull it out.
If an item is extra long then our hiab crane can lower the pallet or item to the ground or over onto our flat bed first enabling us to find best practice fixings for lowering or positioning.
Another option we offer is we bring another tail lift truck and a tranship truck, we back to back and lower your pallets on our tail lift up to 1.5ton.
Euroxpress also owns a scissor lift for confined spaces.
A different option is we bring fork lifts with us to unload your container, we bring them on our hiab and then take the fork lift away when the job is completed.
We also except lorries to come to our yard and we find the solution to unload difficult items like if a food wagon, or a vehicle or a oversize machine.
At our yard we will have more flexibility to find the solution and bringing the load to your property on one of our specialised specialist vehicles.
We also carry 20ft shipping containers on our trucks instead if been given a tight timeframe. To enable more flexibility. We can collect the container and return the container once unloaded, to avoid any of alternative time constraints.
Our Smaller 3.5ton tranship vehicles are available with there own tail lifts too but do not reach as high as a container truck.
Our 18ton Trucks have air ride suspension with more flexibility on height variances with our tailifts options.
Tip of the day.
Where ever your container comes from if you did not pack it yourself you will not know what is leaning on the other side of the doors when you open it, beware of falling heavy objects, especially if your considering opening it from the ground above your head. it might be glass or marble for example.
Having a vehicle of the same height back to back is a lot safer. than balancing on ladders or left underneath a door when opened.
Often 40ft containers can not get to properties of bad access especially domestic properties as need 5 parking spaces in a row guaranteed, so a tranship vehicle from the nearest industrial estate may be required.
