For commercial traffic Birkenhead to Belfast is the most popular route and crossings sell out quicker. to Ireland especially  as less paperwork that Holyhead to Dublin.

We find Cairnryan more availability for crossings but further to travel to use. with landings at Belfast and Larne. but with a shorter crossing time.
